Why buy from Spains?

I can buy it cheaper on the Internet?
Some products may be cheaper on the internet, take our TV’s for example. When you have factored in our free delivery and installation* service (other stores charge up to £60). Free extended warranty on Panasonic and Sony TV’s (other stores charge in excess of £200) and offer our after sales service of Free collection, loan flat panel TV and repair and return of TV within warranty period ( others stores cannot compete with this) the overall deal we offer is often cheaper than the internet.
Do Spains charge for delivery and installation?
We deliver and install products above £350 free of charge within the local area. (excluding Sonos) This includes one of our trained staff arriving at an agreed time, unpacking and setting up to existing equipment, tuning in and demonstrating the product to your understanding.
We will undertake many complex installations such as wall hanging TV’s at an agreed cost.
Is a warranty essential on a flat panel TV?
Most flat panel TV’s are beyond economical repair if they go wrong, i.e its cheaper to buy a new one! We have in recent years included an extended warranty on the majority of TV’s to end customers, free of charge. Providing your TV is still under warranty we will either arrange for a repair or even replace your TV free of charge if a manufacturing fault develops.
What happens if my product goes wrong?
Providing you still live in the local area – call us. We will advise you on our procedures. It will either mean bringing your appliance into the shop or a member of staff collecting your unit for repair, this will depend on the product and whether it is under guarantee.
I have bought a product elsewhere and need it setting up? – help!
Our customers always have priority, however time allowing we can for a fixed fee come to you and setup your equipment at a basic installation level. Exclusions include Multi- room, wall hanging TV’s etc.
I have a product that needs repairing?
We have an on site service dept; most TV’s (CRT), Hi-Fi’s, DVD’s, VCR’s can be repaired. You will need to bring your product in and then leave it with us for up to 14 days. A £15 inspection fee is charged. If we can repair it for a reasonable cost usually up to £50 we will go ahead with the repair. For any repair exceeding this amount we will give you a verbal estimate. Our repairs carry a 3 month guarantee.
LCD, LED & PLASMA TV’s a £15 inspection fee is charged. If we can repair it for a reasonable cost usually up to £80 we will go ahead with the repair. For any repair exceeding this amount we will give you a verbal estimate. Our repairs carry a 3 month guarantee.
